Got some recommendations from last weekend’s threshold tests. As LT1 is on the lower side it was suggested I concentrate on base building again so running with a hr of 139 bpm or less. Had to consolidate both weekend runs into one as we’ve got a family get together tomorrow. 14km with 5km at a more faster pace.
