The little tuxie kitten I was taking care of passed away tonight. The reason she was with me and not her original foster was because she needed extra individual TLC, and from the moment I met her on Tuesday I thought it was a miracle she was still alive at all, but I was hopeful against all sense that she'd bounce back.

Her name was Cream Puff, even though she was neither creamy nor puffy, and she had super soft fur and a milk moustache, and she was loved.

The #Kentucky #StateFair tradition is a pineapple whip (aka #DoleWhip) a nondairy treat served in a cup or cone like soft serve ice-cream. It's delish!

But... I went to the #Wisconsin StateFair and had the traditional #CreamPuff in the cream puff pavilion.

The existence of a cream puff pavilion is a mind boggling delight!

I also enjoyed the apple pie fries and the apple cider slushie was bomb.

I missed the pickle corn dog somehow so I hope it's there next year.
