@winedrinker As in many regions, there is an old-school, new-wave debate. Classic Xino tends to be a bit tannic and in need of cellaring. But there are places making more accessible versions. Alpha Estate's, for instance, I love, and is rather accessible. Foundi is old school and I love that too.

Where do you draw the line? I dunno. There is no one answer. I taste the wine. Will it age? Balance? Does it work or not?
