We’re hitting a pretty important developmental milestone as the kittens start lifting their heads, squirming around the nesting box, and showing increasing awareness of their surroundings! Everyone’s got their eyes open at least a little, though some more than others.

I have named the babies! The little one is Titanic (it's aspirational) and the big one is Hindenburg.
(These are only temporary names as they will be going to the SPCA on Thursday.)
Just a box of fat, happy babies having a milk nap. Finally got their bedding changed out, and I may have to scrounge up a bigger box soon. I’ve borrowed a pop-up playpen for when they’re big enough to learn about the litter box but too small to have free access to the whole room. Hopefully their mama will be okay with that!
