Shantell PowellI think my general unease these past days has been caused by a burgeoning IBS flareup which was itself triggered by an excruciating attack of proctalgia fugax several nights ago. I once again look pregnant because of severe bloat. I walked ~6km and it did not help. My baggy pants are too tight. Guess I’ll be wearing my muumuu again. Digestive tract issues are so incredibly anti-sexy. I don’t think I’ll be going to the gym tomorrow. Omega_Scribet (has moved)@smollestbunny I've had those too. External tremors, (jerks, twitches), spasms, and fierce electric shocks. Covid messes with electrolytes (magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium). Don't know why.
#Covid aggravated my B12-deficiency as well, so I upped that too but It was extra salt and lots of potassium that stopped the twitching and shocks. I already took the max amount of Mg. 1/n

TessMMeyer18/11/22, 5th day of #Covid, my vulnerable daughter got a generalised #myoclonus which is only now becoming slowly better. Light & movement trigger strong jerks, the cramping of her torso induces vomiting, the muscles & bones hurt after weeks of #spasms. She lives in darkness. Prednisolone & staggering amounts of #melatonin are the only treatment.
My SO had caught Covid, from a maskless coughing man on his train.
