Some 94% of people with it have a psychiatric issue. I do not know ANYONE with #PTSD who doesn't have it. You get upset, then your stomach is like "FUCK YOU". Then you feel like shit (literally), grumpy, so that makes the anxiety worse, which makes the stomach even MORE pissed off. Wash, rinse, spit, repeat. And until your guts relax, you do not relax.
