No running today, and probably also not for the next weeks 😥. I keep having pains in the right leg, ankle, calve, knee. I'm afraid it's some sort of shin splints. The past 2 weeks I seriously decreased my distances and speed, but it is not enough. Monday I will talk to my trainer and see what his advice will be. From what I read it comes down to rest, stretching, building strength and gradually starting to run again.

Baby shin splints are probably just tightness in the tibialis anterior muscle, but I’m going to take the rest of this recovery week with as much rest as I can to give it a break. Skipping my runs and opting for yoga instead.
