Slept almost 5 hours total. In addition to the pain flare, I got to enjoy a massive acid reflux event about 3am. My lungs are irritated from that, so I'm coughing. I suspect that was from the augmentin disruption to my GI tract.

My legs spasmed so much last night that I feel like I've run a marathon. If you've ever had shin splints, you know how I'm feeling right now.
