Beautiful weather, a lot of interesting trails around here. I looked up the course of the Austerlitz Trail and did the green loop. A lot of trees, single track, bush tracks, sand path.... It was fun 😁.
The pyramid was closed for renovations 😕 and I ran into forrest workers taking down trees 😲.

I did a nice long run through the park this morning. Some rain, some very slippery mud and lot's of other runners. The last 20 minutes was a bit faster. The mud was very slow... 😏

Managed to squeeze in a birthday-run yesterday before friends and family arrived 🤩. Weather was 10° warmer than a week ago, so first run in shorts this year. Reward was a real nice birthday cake 🎂.

Ik ben toe aan een ander sporthorloge dan Garmin, dat minder data verstuurd naar derden maar wel de basis functies voor #wandelen #hardlopen en #Trailrunning ondersteunt.

Tips? Ik dacht zelf aan Suunto als #sporthorloge
