Afghanistan 🇦🇫#تخار؛ برای ۵۰ زن زمینه آموزشهای حرفهوی خیاطی و #حمایت_معیشتی فراهم شد

#هلالاحمر_افغانی، برای ۵۰ زن #آسیبدیده از حوادث طبیعی و تغییرات اقلیمی در ولسوالیهای بهارک و اشکمش ولایت تخار، زمینه آموزشهای #حرفهوی خیاطی و حمایت معیشتی فراهم نمود.
قرار است #اشتراککنندگان به مدت شش ماه در چهار مرکز آموزشی خیاطی، زیر نظر استادان مسلکی، آموزشهای تخصصی خیاطی را فراگیرند و پس از تکمیل دوره، تصدیقنامه نیز دریافت کنند.
پیش از آغاز آموزشها، به این زنان یا سرپرستان خانوادههایشان بهمنظور خرید وسایل خیاطی و مواد مورد نیاز، مبلغ ۴۵۰ هزار افغانی کمک نقدی توزیع شد که بر اساس آن، برای هر زن ۹ هزار افغانی اختصاص داده شده بود.
این #پروگرام، از سوی آمریت کاهش خطرات ریاست حوادث هلالاحمر افغانی، در چارچوب پروژه تغییرات اقلیمی و با حمایت مالی #فدراسیون_بینالمللی جمعیتهای ملی تطبیق میشود که هدف آن ارتقای مهارتهای حرفهوی زنان، توانمندسازی اقتصادی، ایجاد فرصتهای کاری و کاهش مشکلات اقتصادی ناشی از تغییرات اقلیمی میباشد.
هلالاحمر افغانی تلاش میکند از طریق پروگرامهای آموزشی و معیشتی، زمینه کار، درآمد و #خودکفایی را برای اقشار نیازمند جامعه فراهم سازد.

#Takhar: Vocational Tailoring Training and Livelihood Support Provided to 50 Women

The #ARCS provided vocational tailoring training and livelihood support to 50 women in Baharak and Ishkamish districts of Takhar Province who were affected by #natural_disasters and climate change.
The #participants are scheduled to receive vocational tailoring training for six months at four training centers under the supervision of #professional instructors, and certificates will also be awarded to them upon completion of the training.
Before the start of the #vocational_training, the women or their guardians received 450,000 Afghanis in cash assistance for the purchase of tailoring equipment and necessary materials, with 9,000 Afghanis allocated to each woman.
This program is being implemented by the #Risk_Reduction Unit of the ARCS Disaster Management Department within the framework of the Climate Change Project, with financial support from the #IFRC. The aim is to enhance women’s vocational skills, strengthen economic empowerment, create employment opportunities, and reduce the economic challenges caused by climate change.
The ARCS strives to provide #vulnerable segments of society with opportunities for work, income, and #self_reliance through vocational and livelihood programs.
