د #افغاني_سرې_مياشتې رهبرۍ ته د ستراتيژيک پلان د جوړولو څرنګوالى تشرېح شو

د ملي ټولنې #نړیوال_فدراسیون ستراتیژیک پلان جوړونې د برخې سلاکار ښاغلي جان وینک له لوري په #افغانستان کې د یاد فدراسیون د مشر ښاغلي حسام فیصل په شتون کې د افغاني سرې میاشتې عمومي رئیس ښاغلي شیخ الحدیث شهاب الدین دلاور، د نوموړي مرستیال ښاغلي حافظ عزیزالرحمن او د سکرتر جنرال مرستیالونو ته د راتلونکو پنځو کلونو لپاره د سرې میاشتې د #ستراتیژیک_پلان د جوړښت او مراحلو په اړه تفصيل وړاندې شو.

د ناستې پر مهال ښاغلي جان وینک د افغاني سرې میاشتې له کاري ټیم سره په ګډه په افغانستان کې د #اقلیمي_بدلون، #روغتیایي خدمتونو، #کډوالۍ، طبیعي او غیر طبيعي پېښو پر مهال وړاندې کېدونکو بشري خدمتونو ته په کتو د ترتیب شوي ستراتیژیک پلان په اړه معلومات شریک کړل.

دغه راز نوموړي وویل، چې د یوه جامع ستراتيژیک پلان د جوړولو په موخه به نږدې راتلونکي کې د مرکز، سیمه ییزو زونونو او ولایتي نماینده ګیو مسؤولینو ته یو ښوونیز ورکشاپ دایر کړي؛ څو هر مسؤول کس وکولای شي د اړونده سیمې د ستونزو او اړتیا وړ خدمتونو په اړه خپل نظر شریک کړي او لومړیتوبونو ته په کتو يو اغېزمن ستراتیژیک پلان رامنځته شي.

په پای کې ښاغلي شیخ الحدیث شهاب الدین دلاور د افغاني سرې میاشتې د ستراتیژیک پلان د ترتیب په برخه کې د نړیوال فدراسیون له هر اړخیزو همکاریو مننه وکړه او زیاته یې کړه، چې د دې ستراتيژیک پلان په جوړېدو سره به د سرې میاشتې راتلونکي بشري خدمتونه تنظیم او لا ښه شي.

#Strategic_Plan Process Presented to #ARCS Leadership

Mr. John Wenk, #IFRC Strategic Planning Consultant, delivered a detailed presentation on the structure and stages of the organization’s upcoming five-year Strategic Plan to Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS; Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman; and the Under-Secretary Generals, in the presence of Mr. Hosam Faysal, Head of the IFRC Delegation in #Afghanistan.

During the session, Mr. Wenk provided an overview of the ARCS Strategic Plan, which has been developed in collaboration with ARCS staff and based on addressing #climate_change, #health_services, #migration, and #humanitarian_assistance during natural and man-made disasters in Afghanistan.

He further noted that a training workshop will soon be held for officials from the central headquarters, regional zones, and provincial branches. This workshop will allow each official to share their perspectives on the challenges faced in their respective areas and the essential services needed, to help formulate an effective and comprehensive Strategic Plan.

At the conclusion, Mr. Delawar expressed his gratitude to the IFRC for its extensive support in preparing the Strategic Plan and added that this plan will help better organize and improve the future humanitarian services of the ARCS.
