#هلالاحمر_افغانی به ۴۷۰ خانواده نیازمند، فقیر و #مهاجر_عودتکننده در مربوطات نواحی مختلف مرکز و ولسوالی پغمان ولایت کابل، کمکهای مواد غیرغذایی توزیع کرد.
در این #کمکها به هر خانواده سه بسته مساعدت شد که شامل لباسهای طفلانه، مردانه و زنانه، بنیان، دستکش، جوراب، چادر، بوت و شماری دیگر از مواد مورد نیاز بود.
هلالاحمر افغانی در پرتو اصول اساسی خود، #دستگیری از هموطنان نیازمند و عودتکننده را از اولویتهای اساسی و کاری خود میداند.

Non-Food Items Distributed to 470 #Vulnerable and Repatriated Families in #Kabul

The #ARCS, with support from the #IFRC, provided non-food items to 470 vulnerable, impoverished, and #repatriated families in various central districts and Paghman District of Kabul Province.
Each family received three aid packages, which included clothing for children, men, and women, as well as underwear, gloves, socks, scarves, shoes, and other essential items.
In line with its #fundamental_principles, the ARCS considers supporting vulnerable and repatriated individuals a core and operational priority.

#هلالاحمر_افغانی، ۴۰ تُن کمک غذایی را برای ۵۰۰ خانواده #عودتکننده در مرکز آن و ولسوالیهای بگرام، کوهصافی و سیدخِیل ولایت پروان توزیع کرد.
در این #کمک، به هر خانواده ۸۰ کیلوگرم مواد غذایی شامل ۵۰ کیلوگرام آرد، ۱۰ لیتر روغن، ۵ کیلوگرام بوره، ۸ کیلوگرام مکرونی، ۲ کیلوگرام نمک، ۱ کیلوگرام شیر خشک، ۱ کیلوگرام چای سبز و ۵ پاکت بیسکویت توزیع شد.
هدف از این کمک، کاهش مشکلات اساسی خانوادههای عودتکننده در ماه مبارک رمضان و تأمین نیازهای کوتاه مدت غذایی آنان بود.
خدمترسانی، رسیدگی و #تأمین_نیازهای اولیه زندگی هموطنان عودتکننده، از مسئولیتهای اساسی هلالاحمر افغانی خود میداند.

40 Tons of #Food_Assistance Provided to 500 Repatriated Families in #Parwan for Ramadan

The #ARCS, with support from the #Peace_Village_International, provided 40 tons of food assistance to 500 #repatriated families in the center of Parwan province, as well as in Bagram, Kohi Safi, and Sayed Khel districts.
As part of the assistance, each family received 80 kilograms of food items, including 50 kg of flour, 10 liters of cooking oil, 5 kg of sugar, 8 kg of macaroni, 2 kg of salt, 1 kg of powdered milk, 1 kg of green tea, and 5 packs of biscuits.
The purpose of this assistance was to reduce the basic #challenges faced by repatriated families during the holy month of #Ramadan and to help meet their short-term food needs.
ARCS considers serving, supporting, and addressing the primary living needs of repatriated families as its fundamental responsibility.

#ARCS Vice President Holds Talks with #British_Red_Cross Representative on Strengthening Humanitarian Cooperation

Mr. Hafiz Azizur Rahman, Vice President of the ARCS, held a coordination meeting with Ms. Silvia Colona, Head of International Law and Policy at the British Red Cross, to discuss strengthening #humanitarian_cooperation and mobilizing assistance for #vulnerable and #repatriated families.
During the meeting, Mr. Hafiz Azizur Rahman noted that the simultaneous return of #refugees, recurring natural #disasters, and prolonged drought have significantly increased the number of vulnerable families, underscoring the need for large-scale humanitarian support. He added that the ARCS is striving to expand its humanitarian collaboration to support vulnerable families, including female-headed households and repatriated refugees.
He also called for #cooperation in facilitating and coordinating official visits by ARCS leadership to foreign countries, aimed at mobilizing humanitarian assistance and further strengthening international cooperation.
Ms. Colona commended the continued efforts of the ARCS and noted that humanitarian cooperation between the two organizations would be further expanded. She also expressed the British Red Cross’s commitment to joint action, particularly in supporting repatriated refugees and vulnerable families.

Under the Leadership of Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, 94 Metric Tons of Aid Distributed to 1,000 #Repatriated Families in #Maidan_Wardak

During a visit to Maidan Wardak Province, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the #ARCS, distributed 94 metric tons of food and non-food assistance, provided with the support of #Turkish_Red_Crescent, #AFAD, and #IHH, to 1,000 families who returned from neighboring countries.
As part of the assistance, each family received 50 kg of flour, 10 kg of rice, 10 kg of chickpeas, 5 liters of cooking oil, 5 kg of sugar, 10 kg of macaroni, one can of tomato paste, 1 kg of Cerelac, one blanket, one bottle of dishwashing liquid, and one hygiene kit.
The distribution ceremony was attended by the General President of the ARCS, along with Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman, Al-Haj Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa, Governor of Maidan Wardak Province, senior advisors of the ARCS, the Director of the Southeast Zone, and representatives of several government and non-government organizations.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Delawar stated, “I hope that this #assistance will bring ease and positive change to the lives of these families and play an effective role in reducing their daily challenges.”
He added that similar assistance programs have been launched in 18 provinces across the country and will be distributed regularly to repatriated families.
Meanwhile, Governor Khairkhwa expressed his appreciation for the comprehensive assistance provided by the ARCS and assured the returning families that, in addition to addressing existing challenges, sustainable employment opportunities would also be created for them.
This assistance will play an important role in meeting the daily needs of these families and will help reduce their basic challenges.

#Supporting_Refugees: Winter Clothing Distributed to 1,000 Repatriated Families in #Kabul

With financial support from the #ICRC and technical support from the #IFRC, the #ARCS distributed winter clothing to 1,000 #repatriated refugee families at its Central Marastoon in Kabul. The assistance was provided to families currently residing in various districts of Kabul province, aiming to protect them from the harsh effects of cold weather as winter approaches.
The distribution ceremony was attended by the General President of the ARCS, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar; Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman; heads of various departments from the central office; advisors; and officials from the North-West Central and South-East Zones.
During the ceremony, Mr. Delawar expressed his happiness over the return of #refugees to the country, describing their return as vital to national development, stability, and prosperity. He emphasized that this #assistance is neither the first nor the last provided to returning families, noting that the ARCS will continue its #humanitarian_efforts to address the needs of repatriated refugees and promote their self-reliance.
The assistance package provided to each family included winter clothing items for men, women, and children, such as jumpers, jackets, shoes, socks, shawls, blankets, and other essential supplies.
It is worth noting that, in line with its humanitarian plan, the ARCS has already delivered assistance to repatriated families in #Ghazni and #Logar provinces, and humanitarian support will be extended to other provinces in the near future.
