Kielbasa Sandwich: A Pennsylvania Delicacy

For those unfamiliar with Pennsylvania, we have a wide variety of delicious foods that are native to many areas of the world and fused with American style. This is an example of a Polish kielbasa grilled, put in a good hard roll, and topped with sauerkraut that's been fried with peppers and onions. It's one of the best hot sandwiches I've had in a long time. This masterpiece was made by Dymski Pierogies.

If there's a bunch of leftover rotisserie chicken - why not pakoda them?
Same batter with seasoned (chili powder, cumin powder, touch ajwain, salt but easy) besan (gram/chickpea flour), a bit of cilantro and here you go.
(This is why we don't eat out much - just can't get this stuff, at least not easily)
