Air Asia has not paid its debts to PH aviation authority. The budget airline owes the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines P833.7 million (€11.96M) in unpaid obligations. When I first tried this dish in Naga several years ago, I instantly fell in love with it. It's savory and creamy but not cloying. So I'm incredibly happy that JT's has this in their menu! 💃
