The permit being considered is a Plan Approval Permit, the state-level air permit PA-DEP uses to decide whether a facility can install, modify, or operate certain equipment and pollution controls in ways that affect emissions. **In plain terms: this decision shapes what Shell is allowed to do and what our community may be exposed to in the air as a result.** **This hearing is the chance for community members can provide input for the record.
