In the UK Lp(a) isn't measured usually, because there was no treatment for it and diet adjustments don't help.
So athough a high level is a better predictor of heart disease it is ignored in favour of trying to lower LDL.
I had mine tested for new research for a drug to lower Lp(a); mine was too low to qualify.
The medical profession thought this is a good thing until now, but low LP(a) is associated with developing type 2 diabetes.
So new drugs that will lower Lp(a) may not be a good thing for some of us?
"Lipoprotein(a) (Lp(a)) is considered a causal risk factor for atherogenesis. A higher prevalence of certain adverse events, including diabetes mellitus (DM), has been reported for patients with low Lp(a) concentrations. Therapeutics that lower Lp(a) are now in clinical testing. Thus, the association between lower Lp(a) concentration and safety outcomes is of clinical importance."

Wenn mir die 'guten' Worte nicht einfallen.
Beispiel 'schlecht': "Sie knutschten am Abend und waren scharf aufeinander."
Beispiel 'gut': "Ihre zitternden Lippen trafen sich im Dämmerlicht des Sonnenuntergangs, ihre Zungen umspielten einander im Tanz der Emotionen der ihre Seelen, Haut und Herzen in den Aufruhr der wollüstigen Liebe versetzte."
Gut und schlecht sind hier nur als emotionale Gefühle meinerseits zu sehen nicht als allgemeingültige Wertung.

Meine Tipp-, Schreib- & Zeichensetzungsfehler.
1. Dass ich in der Lage bin in Minuten, Charaktere, Einzelszenen, Welten oder ganze Handlungsbögen zu erzeugen aber das Ausarbeiten von detaillierten Stories, sinnvollen/logischen/nachvollziehbaren Charakterinteraktionen und das Schreiben selbiger so ein K(r)ampf für mich ist...
Bonus nervend:
Dass ich die meiste Inspiration verspüre, wenn ich andere Geschichten lese/schaue/höre.
Da ich am Handy schreibe ungefähr alle Apps, die eine Funktion haben die a) Internet Verbindung oder Anmeldung von Cloud-Diensten erfordert, KI Dreck beinhaltet, nicht mit meinem Telefon kompatibel ist oder die Höhe... als Port von FOSS Funktionen hinter einer Paywall verbirgt. Ernsthaft entweder Microsoft oder ähnlich ätzende Firmen/Personen... Ich könnte 🤢.
Wenn mir so wie heute/gestern mehrfach der Blutzucker dazwischen funkt, tut er gerade schon wieder... Menschliche Hirne verbrauchen viel zu viel Energie.🙄
