Rowing again. Third session of the week. 3 x 10 minute intervals with 2 minute rest. Did all of them at ~105W which worked out at 2000m plus a little bit. Really relaxed into it and really happy about it

Rowing this morning. 5 x 750m intervals at > ~140W output. The last one nearly finished me off but I got it done.

Rowing this morning. 3 x 2000m intervals with 4 minutes rest between them as part of Petes Plan. First 2 intervals were ~120W the last one started off like that but came in at ~100W overall
