What a glorious morning for a parkrun followed by a swim in 8 degree water with blue sky and sunshine overhead. If Wednesday’s water was like a washing machine on spin cycle, then today was very smooth with mist on the water. A lovely sauna too. I’m often one of the only guys swimming at the lake in winter and today in the sauna it was 5:1. Perfect!
