Looks like 40min swim leg for the middle-distance #triathlon should be realistic.
+3h bike and a bit over 2h run.
That should make it total to under 6h.
Feels like a reasonable target time.
Not fast, but a good pace for me.

Armistead Maupin, in his Tales Of The City series, opines that you can have a great relationship, a great place to live, and a great job, but it's really hard to have all three at once. This is a lot like #triathlon, while it is possible to ace all three events, it seldom happens. I did the first tri of the season last Sat, I set a PR on the bike ride, but the swim and the run were definitely sub par.
