دغه ورکشاپ، چې د #ناروې_سره_صلیب په مالي ملاتړ ترسره کېږي، ګډونوالو ته به په کې د #سرویلانس اړوندو ناروغیو د پېژندنې، د خطرونو د ارزونې، د سرویلانس د بېلابېلو برخو او د ناروغیو د معلوماتو د راټولولو، ثبت، راپور ورکولو او #مخنیوي په اړه لازم معلومات او عملي زده کړې ورکړل شي.

ټاکل شوې ده، چې د ورکشاپ ګډونوال به د ناروغیو د څارنې او پر وخت #غبرګون په برخه کې خپلې تخنیکي پوهې او عملي وړتیاوې لا پیاوړې کړي.

افغاني سره میاشت هڅه کوي د روغتیايي کارکوونکو د #ظرفیت_لوړولو له لارې د ناروغیو د څارنې، مخنیوي او پر وخت غبرګون سیستم لا اغېزمن کړي.

#Kabul: Three-Day Training Workshop on National Disease Surveillance and Response Begins for #Health_Workers

The #ARCS has launched a three-day #training_workshop on national disease surveillance and response for 12 members of mobile health teams from Kabul, #Herat, #Nimroz, #Paktika, and #Nangarhar provinces.

The workshop is being conducted with financial support from the #Norwegian_Red_Cross and will provide participants with essential knowledge and #practical training on the identification of diseases under #surveillance, risk assessment, various components of disease surveillance, and the collection, recording, and reporting of disease-related data, as well as #disease prevention.

The participants are expected to further #strengthen their technical knowledge and practical capacities in disease surveillance and timely response.

The ARCS strives to #enhance the effectiveness of disease surveillance, prevention, and timely response systems through the #capacity_building of health workers.

#کابل؛ ورکشاپ آموزشی چهارروزه برای ترینران #صحت و کمک‌های اولیه آغاز شد

#ورکشاپ_آموزشی چهارروزه‌ای برای ۳۵ تن از ترینران بخش صحت و #کمک‌های_اولیه هلال‌احمر افغانی از ولایات #کندهار، #ارزگان، #زابل، #هلمند، #پکتیکا، #کنر و #ننگرهار در دفتر مرکزی این اداره آغاز شد.

در مراسم افتتاح این ورکشاپ، داکتر عبدالله عرفان، رئیس خدمات صحی، در رابطه با اهمیت آموزش و #ارتقای_ظرفیت صحبت نموده، گفت؛ در این ورکشاپ، آموزش‌های لازم در زمینه نقش #رضاکاران در حالات اضطراری، ارائه کمک‌های اولیه صحی و مهارت‌های عملی مرتبط به اشتراک‌کنندگان ارائه خواهد شد. وی همچنین در مورد هرگونه همکاری به #اشتراک‌کنندگان اطمینان داد.

قرار است در جریان این ورکشاپ چهارروزه، معلومات و تجارب عملی لازم در بخش معرفی جمعیت‌های ملی، #اهمیت واکسین پولیو، نظارت بر فعالیت‌های رضاکاران، روش‌های مؤثر آموزشی و سیستم گزارش‌دهی به اشتراک‌کنندگان ارائه شود.

این ورکشاپ با حمایت مالی #فدراسیون_بین‌المللی جمعیت‌های ملی برگزار می‌شود.

هلال‌احمر افغانی تلاش می‌کند از طریق ارتقای ظرفیت کارکنان و رضاکاران خویش کیفیت خدمات صحی و #بشردوستانه را تقویت نموده و توانایی رسیدگی به حالات اضطراری را افزایش دهد.

#Kabul: Four-Day Training Workshop for #Health and First Aid Trainers Begins

A four-day #training_workshop for 35 health and #first_aid trainers from ARCS branches in #Kandahar, #Uruzgan, #Zabul, #Helmand, #Paktika, #Kunar, and #Nangarhar provinces has commenced at the organization’s central headquarters.

During the opening #ceremony, Dr. Abdullah Irfan, Director of Health Services, highlighted the importance of training and #capacity_building. He stated that participants would receive essential instruction on the role of volunteers in #emergency situations, the provision of first aid services, and related practical skills. He also assured participants of the organization’s full support and #cooperation.

During the four-day workshop, participants will receive training and exchange practical experiences on an introduction to National Societies, the #importance of polio vaccination, monitoring volunteers’ activities, effective training methodologies, and reporting systems.

The workshop is being conducted with financial support from the #IFRC.

The ARCS strives to strengthen the quality of its health and #humanitarian_services and enhance emergency response capacity through capacity-building initiatives for its staff and volunteers.

#Kabul: Evaluation Workshop on Preparedness for Effective Response Held for Central Officials

A one-day #awareness_workshop on the evaluation of #preparedness for effective response was held for a number of directors, advisors, and heads of independent units at the central headquarters of the ARCS.

The workshop was organized by the #IFRC Delegation in #Afghanistan.

At the opening of the workshop, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salam, Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs, emphasized the importance of effective response and preparedness, describing staff #capacity_building in this area as essential.

He added that addressing shortcomings leads to institutional progress, while repeating them slows down operations. He #stressed the need for serious attention to improving processes to ensure that timely and effective services are delivered to affected communities.

During the workshop, #participants were provided with detailed information on the principles, standards, and stages of evaluating preparedness for effective response.
