Up until now my go to hot weather food has been #potato salad. Sometimes with #beetroot & halved #boiledeggs & #corn kernels - other times just plain.
But my new Dr has me on a no potato diet for 3 months until I go for more blood tests.
I despise #coleslaw! Hate it! Hate it! Hate it!
Regular salad to me is just behind coleslaw in my “enjoyment” of it.
Where do I go from here? Cold #fruitsalad maybe?
