Too low on energy and enthusiasm to cook tonight, so trying the hit-and-miss Mexican place for some beans, rice and tacos.

Hope they're on their game tonight. The last couple of visits have been a bit marginal. They've got Negra Modelo though, so there's that.

Spent the last two hours making #cabbageRolls.

Rather labour intensive, 'cuz I am not a fan of supermarket hamburger… and so I grind my own chuck for the recipe.

Easy #supper tonight.

When #lazy, beans-and-rice is our common choice. I bloom a bunch of spices, fry some onion, throw in multiple types of canned beans, bit of tomato, and some broth. Done.

Oh there's the rice making too. Tonight brown & barley, but that's low effort as well.
