Do these #chickens make my face look fat?

So i have this irrational fear of ticks.. i took to learning about them to become less scared (which worked for a multitude of things), and i actually became more averse to going outdoors.. but i also do really want to go outdoors without being freaked out 24/7 by the idea of ticks crawling on me/potentially biting me and getting me sick..
Anyone struggling with the same thing/have tips? Feels so silly, i am not generally so bothered by bugs but jeez ticks really bug me ;_;
