Cinematic Unisystem (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Army of Darkness and Ghosts of Albion) by Eden Studios is one of my favorite rule systems. Back in the day I used it for everything from fantasy to SciFi to Superheroes to Urban Fantasy, I adored the simplicity of it, but that it could do so much.
