I’m still frequenting the gym these days as I’m finding it easier to control fitness and recovery this way. Anyway threshold running today, 10 minutes warm up then 30 minutes threshold, I tried to guess what pace to run off a previous 5k I did recently, which worked out at 5:24 min/km average hr 181 bpm. It wasn’t the best time to do a threshold run mid afternoon when the sun was probably at its highest which showed in today’s threshold run.
