Treadmill run this morning, 5 minutes warm up then 40 minutes pace set to 8kph. Hr average 143 bpm max 154 bpm. Last time I ran a similar session, hr average was 135 bpm so some work needed to return to previous fitness levels #running#treadmillrunning#runnersofmastodon#RunningCommunity
