First run over an hour for some time and boy what a struggle it was! 😩😫 Wanted to run the main part in zone 3 and hopefully keep a decent pace but alas not today, breathing heavy, heart rate climbing too much so having to slow to a walk on a few occasions. My aerobic base has definitely dropped over the past 2 months.
