Faut-il interdire les smartphones aux moins de 15 ans ?

Deux heures sans smartphone suffisent à créer le malaise et la discussion au Japon. Irritation, ennui, silence inhabituel : le manque se fait sentir. Alors, que dirait-on d’une interdiction avant 15 ans ? La France y pense plus que sérieusement, au nom de la santé mentale et de l’attention, avec la proposition de loi.
Certains y voient une protection indispensable. D’autres une intrusion inacceptable dans la vie privée et parentale. La question a-t-elle posé aux concernés ? Mais une question dérangeante demeure : si deux heures sans écran sont déjà difficiles, qu’avons-nous laissé s’installer chez les plus jeunes ? Et surtout… qui est vraiment accro : les enfants ou les adultes ?
