Does anyone know a bit about internet radio and the licensing for that (specifically for europe)

Cause I kinda wanna set one up

The Chance anyone finds the domain and actually sues me is like 0

Let's say I on accident select the wrong folder and am broadcasting a copyrighted song
Is that like super illegal or a grayzone or actually fine cause non profit?
I am more curious than worried

How would I even buy a license so I can legally share copyrighted stuff
