I tried a bit of interval training today. The difference between exertion and recovery could certainly be greater, but running just under half the distance at a 5-minute pace was a good start to hopefully get a bit faster over time.

Already back to speed training, 14.5 weeks post surgery. 🎉 And feet feel good 👣

Yesterday "long run" with 11km, today 8.5km with the last 1,88km in 9m 15s. Why this strange time? I wanted to check if I can run faster than my 10y old nephew who ran 1,88 in 9m 30s at a new years eve race. 😅 He's fast! Beating that time was really a challenge for me. 😵‍💫

Now a bit of strength training 💪, then the relaxing part of the day can begin. ☕️👩‍💻
