Kinda bugs me - #TimeMachine backups daily is kind of not often enough, but hourly is overkill. I wish the #interval could be more granular, like 3, 6, 9, or 12 hours.

I tried a bit of interval training today. The difference between exertion and recovery could certainly be greater, but running just under half the distance at a 5-minute pace was a good start to hopefully get a bit faster over time.
