I've bounced from PostmarketOS to Droidian, then back to Ubuntu Touch. Even though UT is arguably less 'pure' (due to its reliance on libhybris and Android HALs) compared to pmOS’s mainline-first stance, the keyboard's terminal integration is just superior. At the end of the day, I’ll take a stable, usable shell over a 'pure' system with a subpar input experience.

Pora na nowy projekt! Oprócz serwera pod usługi feriverse chcę przejść na Linuxowy telefon. Wybór padł na model Google Pixel 3a. Smartfon jest w 100% kompatybilny z Linuxem, więc będzie mozna skorzystać z pełnego zakresu funkcji. Paczka z telefonem już do mnie jedzie, jak tylko dotrze od razu wjeżdża UBPorts i jedziemy z Ubuntu Touch. Mam nadzieję, że zadziała tak dobrze, jak piszą o tym w sieci ;)

🇬🇧 Interesting fact: I researched the topic and it turns out that on the #GooglePixel3a and #GooglePixel3aXL the #UbuntuTouch system works just fine and all features are available. Even such as the fingerprint reader!

🇵🇱 Ciekawostka: zbadałem temat i okazuje się, że na #GooglePixel3a i #GooglePixel3aXL system #UbuntuTouch działa wyśmienicie i wszystkie funkcje są dostępne. Nawet takie jak czytnik linii papilarnych!
