Curious if anyone has used #catacomb or #linuxmobile in general and has some suggestions for interesting new features/applications.

I've got a couple ideas, but none of them really spark joy. Best idea so far is turning my stuff into a proper #arch distro, but I'm not that fond of maintaining all of that by myself.

We were a bit too busy at last weekends Phosh contributors meeting to keep you fully informed here, in the #fediverse, sorry for that.

Here's a look back at what happened: https://ev.phosh.mobi/blog/pcm26-bits/

Thanks to @ev for organizing the event! ๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™‚๏ธ

I am very pleased with #linuxmobile and the direction it is going. This is getting to be a lot more fun!

I'm rubbing my eyes and can barely believe what I'm seeing! There are only 60 pre-orders left for the second September batch if you want a Jolla J2 phone! This is so exciting!

I canโ€™t wait to get mine ๐Ÿ˜Š

Does anyone know if anyone is already working on a companion app for the new Pebble? Specifically, one for Linux Mobile based on GTK4 and libadwaita. There is, of course, the Android version, which is open source.

@Linuxmobile #linuxmobile #Librem5 Can anyone explain to me why the only provider that works well in the United States for the Librem5 (or any Linux phone that I am aware of) is T-Mobile? Secondly, why can the JMP.chat service, #XMPP, use AT&T and Verizon and it works on the Librem 5 but only for data? Why does it have to be so hard?

Yesterday I quickly "ported" the #Rockwork daemon to Qt6 in order to get it working with my newly arrived #Pebble Time 2 (Qt6 apparently has some Bluetooth LE upgrades that are needed (also it allows me to package it for pmOS)).

It now runs, but there seems to be some protocol difference with the new watch as Rockworkd insists PebbleOS is booted to recovery mode, which is not the case. If I remove that parsing, some functions do work, so I must be on the right track.

Oh yes โ€” C-PHY support is finally landing for Qualcomm on #mainline ๐Ÿš€

Progress for upstream mobile Linux, and the patchsets are shaping up to hopefully hit mainline repositories very soon.

Greetings from Embedded Recipes โ€™26!

#SilkSong also runs fine on my #FP5 with #postmarketOS using #FEX ๐Ÿ˜Š. By the way the versions I am using of the games are the native Linux ones from #GOG.
