My first major stumbling block: learning how to eat to fuel up for heavy workouts, but I just don’t get hungry anymore…

It’s kinda funny: I’m gonna have to work on eating more in order to lose weight and gain health. That was definitely FAR from the case before last year…

In #cronometer I learned I can mark a day as complete when I'm done tracking my food and also only show reports based on completed days. That's super helpful since I'm not very consistent!

While I fastidiously kept track of everything I ate at our our small NYE get together it wasn't until I could weigh some of the leftovers this morning before I entered it all into Cronometer to see what the damage was. I regret nothing BTW, I just like tracking this stuff. It's impressive :). Over an ~7.5 hour period of time I consumed just under 4100 calories. As you can see in the breakdown that was about 35% each fat and carbs, 14% protein, and 16% alcohol. Alcohol wise that was 2 servings of wine, 3 servings of champagne, 3 1/3 serving of beer, so just over one drink an hour but it was weighted more towards the end when we had to finish off the champagne. It was a tasty and fun way to ring in the new year. #nutrition #health #cronometer
@fabio I have no idea how it scores on invasive data collection, but I'm a big fan of #cronometer (if you're shopping around).
