Found a #recipe content creator who gets me. Found and replied to a comment that reminds me of what I used to believe. Wish people could learn what I’ve learned.
As a young adult I used the MyFitnessPal app to count calories. It occasionally bugged you if you were over your ‘goal’ for fat or salt or sugar but basically gave the impression that if you ate fewer #calories than your goal, you would definitely loose weight. It almost seemed like a good idea to eat processed food because you knew exactly how many calories were in it from the label. Why take a chance when no two apples are the same? It rewarded you for exercise with more calorie allowance to eat more junk, and you inevitably gave up after two weeks because tracking was so much work.
I’ve lost 15kg over the past 9 months by eating natural food freely but restricting #sugar and processed foods.
I haven’t tried this recipe yet but I will: https://youtube.com/shorts/Gf9xQQm1qBk?si=lHcfxUNSGiA9r67t
