Updated my core workout app. It now includes a preview of the session before you get tossed into it. It also includes animations for some of the exercises, I'm using #motioncapture to create the animations so it will take a while to cover them all.
Another update is to the workout generation algorithm, it now uses a gradual increase in difficulty and solves a bug of every workout ending in some form of plank.

Heute haben alle bisschen Fitness gemacht. Ylvi und Bounty Kraft und Koordination im Garten, ich bisschen Kraft im Haus. Denn Scootern/Rollern ist ohne Rumpfstabilität und Kraft in Armen und Beinen schon auch ein bisschen ungesund. 😅 Und ich habe seit 5 Wochen Probleme mit Rücken (BWS, HWS) und Arm (jupp, schon den ganzen Urlaub lang). Bis zum Physio-Termin muss ich aber noch ein bisschen durchhalten. 😓

Cocoon Crunch 👍

Inhale, then exhale as you engage your core and lift your head, shoulders, and legs off the ground simultaneously.

Bring your knees towards your chest as you reach your hands towards your ankles, forming a “cocoon” shape with your body.

Inhale as you slowly release back to the starting position, lowering your head, shoulders, and legs.

Warm up: 3 rounds
- 1' thoracic foam rolling
- 20 banded pull apart
- 10 dead bug overhead let down

It's a spicy combination: 5 rounds
- 100 ft / 30m (heavy) farmers carry
- 20 dead bugs
- 10 prone Ys

Long day at the office, plus still not recovered from the weekend and the last two days at the office, this felt heavier than it should have. But still: done. 3 more days and this round of the program is finished.

- 20 banded pull apart
- 10 dead bug overhead let down

Banded pull ups: 5 rounds
- 2-5 banded pull ups (weeeee)
- rest as needed

(Holy) core: 3 rounds
- 45" side plank (each side)
- 20" L-sit hang (ok with bent knees)

Full day at the office, this was smokey. Bud check, the banded pull ups are fun.

Double trouble: 3 rounds
- 10 renegade rows e/s
- 10 scapullar pull ups

More (moar) core: 4 rounds
- 10 V-up complex: 1 v-up, 1 tuck-up, stretch each leg in tuck up
- 20 quadruped opposites

This after the workout that is removing silicone seals from a shower, and teaching (my first corporate) yoga class. Shot today :)
