Emily Watson演技了得,这个故事没有她撑不起来。这个结局我不知道是美好还是讽刺了,教会和社会吃女人的事实并没有变啊!

Saint Maud is my kind of horror, psychological much more than physical (gore, etc.), and well-acted, directed, and shot.

It reminded me very much of Breaking the Waves in its depiction of a certain kind of faith.

Even though I understood what was happening, the way the ending was shot still made the truth gut-wrenching.

The final shot may be the best in the history of movies. It's definitely among the best possible.

I need to write a proper review for #LarVonTrier 's #BreakingTheWaves but it is perhaps the most positive ending in any Lars Von Trier movie ever.
Watched #BreakingTheWaves last night. Even in the context of me liking #LarsVonTrier's work more often than not, that was a lot. Still processing.
