The generous woman who has been serving #hanza porridge to impoverished children in #Zinder since 2022 keeps going.
The #porridge is made of hanza flour, milk and sugar.
Due to the rainy season, a number of boys have gone to do farm work on the countryside. There are around 100 beneficiaries these days.
At one time, they had a hanza shortage, and replaced it by millet flour. The children however requested that the old recipe be reinstated, because the hanza was far more delicious !
