divVerent@DerMichi Genau deshalb habe ich jetzt ein #SailfishOS Handy. Läuft auch ziemlich gut, und ist auch deutlich "hacker-kompatibler", da z.B. das ganze GUI mit Textfiles gesteuert wird, die man bequem patchen kann, sofern man das braucht. Man kann da sogar root haben, und trotzdem laufen Banking-Apps im Android-Container!

Felix Denbratt@ennenine using Jolla as my main phone since last summer. Some bugs (mostly requires a restart once in a while, but nothing major), and a bit weak specs (fixed in next phone, that is shipping soon. Overall super happy and very impressed! #jolla #sailfishos #linuxphone

Also, am I understanding that I could potentially still use apps from #FDroid even if I'm not running a flavor of Android at all?

@adfc_ffm Das wird zu einem Problem, wenn man zB von Darmstadt DIREKT nach Hanau bzw. ins Kinzigtal will. Da ist nix ausgeschildert bzw. die Beschilderung endet irgendwo, ohne, daß mans merkt, bis man merkt, daß man sich verfahren hat.
