The fundraiser for a new computer is still ongoing.

This machine is what keeps #HolosSocial, #Fedilab, #Castlab and #Fediplan moving forward on Android, iOS, and soon #Holos on macOS, Windows and Linux, from a single codebase. The current setup is reaching its limits.

Change of plans for this week, and I apologise for moving things around. I was supposed to get back to #Fedilab mid week for the 3.40.2 release, but I will postpone it. I am very focused on #HolosSocial at the moment, and stopping now to come back a few days later would cost too much in context switching, both in time and in concentration. Fedilab 3.40.2 will follow right after the next #Holos milestone (end of the week). (1/5)

Innerhalb der #Android #App Fedilab, kann man auch PeerTube-Instanzen anzeigen lassen und die entsprechenden Videos "anschauen".
Leider gibt es bei mir lediglich "Audio only" - so steht es unten links im Videofenster.
Allerdings finde ich keine Einstellung, diesem Modus zu umzustellen, dass ich das Video auch anschauen kann.
Auch die Logos der Instanz werden nicht dargestellt.

Bug, noch nicht fertiggestellt, oder übersehe ich irgendwo eine versteckte Einstellungsmöglichkeit?

Der Gewinner ist für mich: Moshidon.
Die anderen sind alle gut und haben ihre Vorteile.

Warum gewinnt Moshidon?
+++ Startseite/Menü. Alles auf einem Blick mit Filter für Listen und Hashtags ohne Umwege klickbar und sehr aufgeräumt. Bei keiner anderen App ist das so gut gelöst.
++ über das Menü können Timelines anderer Instanzen direkt angesteuert werden.
++ Anordnungen, Zeilenabstände, Farbgebungen

Hehe, clever me (not). I use Fedilab as mobile client, for context.
For couple of weeks I was thinking, why some my followers not posting, like, its servers went off or something, don't know.
Then today though invide my mind - what if they were all muted!
And yes, fedilab has poor icon buttons without descriptions and i was muting, thinking i was setting notifications for followers XD
It wasn't I was ghosting you all, I wasn't see you XD

Почему #Fedilab, имея настройки прокси, тем не менее, не грузит картинки, если его не добавить в список приложений в #Orbot?

It would be a crime against the Fediverse if this didn't get way overfunded. #Fedilab has been one of the best Android Fediverse clients for years and #Holos is such an innovative idea that can truly help the Fediverse decentralize in a way that makes #Selfhosting easy and practical for virtually anyone. And that's just the start...

I will get back to #Fedilab next week, probably mid-week to leave some time after the 3.40.1 release. Mostly bug fixes and small enhancements for a 3.40.2 release.
