My own site was a little more complex to migrate to Pure Blog 3.0 than my indieBlog project - but hopefully all is up and running, and slightly faster having optimised a couple of things.

My post template ceased to load from Pure Blog 3.0, so a few changes:

content/layouts/.post.php replaced by post.php in root folder.
update-ignore file added in config to prevent updates overriding it.
