Hello Mastodon! I need some help identifying a diode. I have an identical one that’s blown so I need to order a replacement. It’s D108 on the power supply (Sony model number TK-20) of an AppleColor High Definition RGB Display. Any help with identification would be extremely helpful! 😊
The video below is the diode, it has the letters UV on it with the numbers 87 in the opposite orientation. It also has a “dotted” stripe at the top. Sorry for the shaky video!
SerqetryI'm very excited about the fact that my friend @skullhands17 was able to grab a Macintosh Portrait Display for me today. I will be pairing it with a IIci for an awesome vertical CRT experience. I think more vertical CRT computer monitors should have been made, especially since there were so many arcade games that used that orientation and home ports of those games were always struggling to make them fit by shrinking everything and moving the score, etc.
