#Labour and the #CAQ could both learn from #Mongolia
The establishment party in power in Mongolia has a large majority but the electoral system would of crushed them in the upcoming election.
They selfishly implemented #ProRep before the election to ensure their political survival. In the end they've actually managed to stay in power for another round.
Establishment parties should give up on their nostalgia for the days of sharing complete dominance when the writing is on the wall. Just do it.

I don’t think #ECO4 was responsibly managed by the energy companies…that was largely due to the #Tories leaving them to their own devices.

But the #retrofit work cannot overnight be picked up by other schemes.

#DESNZ thinks it can suddenly offer a tonne of money to local authorities and housing associations (previously linked to ECO4) with a ridiculous short window to spend it.

#Labour are showing they have no idea how to manage large scale projects and budgets.
