@adamconover on a recent #Factually episode you critiqued #TimWalz blaming #Corporations for the #housing affordability crisis by pointing out that a very small number of corps are buying houses.

I'm sure that's true, but I don't think #GovWalz was talking only about buying. When we talk about "housing" I take it to include renting.

Including renting, and if we include #REIT with for-profit corps, they're definitely contributing to making it unaffordable to have a roof over one's head.

Since 1981, the three major US stock market indices have performed *MUCH* better with a Democrat as President. These returns under a Democrat as President are *almost* DOUBLE the returns of those under Republicans as Presidents. WOW!
