Cycled from 34 miles (55 km) from St Paul to Crystal Lake and back yesterday and ran into some adorable traffic on the Theodore Wirth Parkway 🦃

Stopped at Ole Olson Park on the way back, and reached 700 miles on my bicycle's odometer!

I cannot really exercise or run yet. My knees are starting to get tight, deconditioning a bit. See the surgeon next week; unfortunately, it won't be to get cleared to run yet. More #scds surgery or I won't be able to run again without damaging the base of my skull (it's not as simple as getting a plate put in).

On myasthenia gravis medication now too. Wee.

Found some additional medication to help, but I'm maxed out, and I have yet to find a doctor to go up on it (they are focused on my migraines 🙄).
