Séamus McGuireJust noticed there’s another meadery in the #TwinCities. They’ve had #mead available for about a year. It’s exciting partly because the founder is an Ethiopian immigrant woman and she’s producing Tej. That’s an Ethiopian honey wine that adds a shrub called gesho. Gesho is said to be similar to orange juice.
Now I just have to find some.
