Something up with my Builder code. They seem to forget about some Foundations, if they have delivered some Materials, but not all. The Foundations know that they still need Goods, but it doesn't get taken.

Unglamorous week!

Wrote a boring script to resize UI based on actual screen resolution (with constraints!). This allowed keeping the cog icon on the top left but closer to the horizontal centre in landscape!

Also wrote a boring script to sample an animation based on aspect ratio. This allowed continuously moving the rotate gizmo from board bottom on portrait mode to board right on landscape!

loving the new #godot ui animation properties

Trying out shell texturing for a short-grass pass, I like the result! Leaning into pixelized looks a little more.
A little tool script generates each layer/shell via MultiMeshInstance3D and the shader cuts out pieces to make strands that look best from a 45 degree angle.

Note to self: If you're getting UID errors when Godot first loads, always make sure the Autoload (Project/ Project Settings / Globals / Autoload) isn't pointing to any stuff you deleted three months ago 🤣 #godot
