CCC MembershipdeskAt #EH23, we identified, together with the Office, that data transmission to the Office following #39C3 had resulted in data discrepancies. This has led to members being informed that their membership account is no longer balanced, as the payment made at #39C3 was not taken into account.
Identifying the cause is proving to be no simple matter. We are working on the issue and ask you to bear with us.
