@etp I really like some of the store-bought dressings I have tried, but the impact on blood glucose (too high) and cost (also too high) finally pushed me to start rolling my own.

I collected some I've made and ideas for others in a document to share. My thought is that others can make a copy of the document and revise it as they wish. Mainly, I offer the recipes to stimulate ideas re: ingredients and combinations.
