I got busy and missed workouts Friday and yesterday, but we’re back at it!
Today’s workout. Not very strenuous, but some very good stretches
(20kg kettlbell)
Assisted clean and jerk: 4x2
Deadlift: 3x2
Squat: 6x2
Two arm curl: 8x2
Two arm hang: 30seconds x2
